Policies & Terms of Service
Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit/Debit Card (processed via secure link or integrated payment processor)
Cash on Delivery (local orders only)
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Local deliveries are handled directly by a member of the Tedious Eliminators team.
After your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
Returns & Refunds:
All sales for products are final.
If an item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please notify us within 3 business days. We will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Delivery Policy:
We only deliver locally within the San Diego area.
A team member will personally deliver the product to the provided address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is available at the scheduled time for delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed after two attempted deliveries, the order may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of Tedious Eliminators.
Service Terms:
Services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone, email, or text.
The customer must ensure that the service area is accessible at the scheduled time of service.
For services requiring water access (such as pressure washing or trash can cleaning), the customer must provide access to water unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Any cancellations made on the day of service may incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Payment Terms:
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, or credit/debit via secure link.
Invoices can be provided upon request for all services.
Liability:
Tedious Eliminators is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to surfaces, equipment, or property.
The customer must notify Tedious Eliminators in advance if any areas or equipment are particularly sensitive or fragile.
By booking a service, the customer agrees that Tedious Eliminators may take photos or videos of completed work for quality assurance purposes and promotional use.
